Constructed in 2020! Commonwealth Cottage is an modern, cozy getaway in Paducah on site of the Commonwealth Event Center. Enjoy the 16 acre grounds with a panoramic pond view while being located a mile from Paducah’s main hub. Enjoy ample indoor space for up to 8 guests to stay & a back porch to enjoy the view. The main room includes a king bed, mini fridge and microwave, dining table, & living room with a sleeper sofa. An additional bedroom includes a full bed with twin bunk & trundle.
The Cottage is on the property of the Commonwealth Event Center. This works great as an overnight stay for guests of events happening at the Commonwealth & others who are visiting Paducah.

Downtown -> 6.5 mi away
Main suite is accessible for all guests. Bunk bed room will be accessible when 3 or more guests are staying.
Keep in mind this property is next door to an event venue. Events are usually only on Saturdays & are required to end no later than 11pm.
